Questar Pipeline Company's maximum Monthly Reservation Charge is $5.28804 per Dth.

Questar may agree, through acceptance in its contracting system, to allow a variety of discounts between its maximum and minimum rates under any rate schedule in its tariff without undue discrimination. Such discounts may be in addition to a base discount and will not be considered a material deviation from Questar's forms of service agreements when Questar and Shipper agree that a discount applies.

Monthly unsold capacity reports are posted on the Unsubscribed capacity section of the Questar Pipeline website.  The reports include the following:

The Map of short term unsold report is a flow diagram showing unsold firm capacity.

The Short-term unsold  -- map point listing report shows all system-wide available short term capacity at all receipt and delivery points.  The report allows shippers to query the system to determine available capacity at specific receipt and delivery points.

______________________________________________

(1) Refer to the Short term unsold -- map point listing report for capacity at specific receipt and delivery points.

(2) The Short term unsold - map point listing report indicates what receipt and delivery points require the use of third party facilities (OT*-Questar Overthrust Pipeline).  Shipper shall be responsible for paying any third party transportation or processing costs in addition to Questar Pipeline's maximum T-1 transportation rate.  Shipper's bid must include any reservation fees associated with these third party fees.  If the total reservation fee exceeds Questar's maximum reservation rate, then Shipper's bid must also include language that reflects they are willing to pay a negotiated rate.  Contact your marketing representative to establish any additional charges that would be necessary.

(3) Due to the close proximity of the TransColorado and the White River Hub delivery points, available capacity to these points is not independent. Sold capacity at one point will affect available capacity at the other point.

The current incremental monthly reservation charge for capacity that requires Questar Overthrust Pipeline Company backhaul is $1.06458 per Dth.  Contractual agreements that incur the additional backhaul charge above the maximum rate will be filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission with a negotiated rate prior to gas flowing.
