Uinta Basin Expansion – Jurisdictional Lateral 138 Extension

Questar Pipeline Company (Questar) is announcing a binding open season soliciting support to expand capacity out of the Uinta Basin by extending Jurisdictional Lateral 138 (JL138) to the Myton Yard to offer 30,000 Dth/d of incremental transportation capacity from receipt points located on Questar's JL 138 and Jurisdictional Laterals 46 and 47(JL 46 & JL 47). Questar anticipates this new transportation capacity can be available as early as fourth Quarter 2014. Deliveries may be available at the following locations:

• Chipeta Processing LLC or other Uinta Basin processors
• White River Hub
• Questar Northern System interconnects including Overthrust, CIG, Questar Gas and Southern Star
• Questar Southern System interconnects including Questar Gas and Kern River

Simon Compressor Replacement Open Season

Questar Pipeline Company (QPC) today announced it will hold a binding open season to solicit binding support for the installation of new replacement compressor facilities at QPC's existing Simon Station located in Sweetwater County, Wyo. The proposed project will enable Questar to transport up to an additional 63,000 decatherms per day from receipt points located east of the Simon Station on QPC's main lines 22, 23, 26, 27, 86 and jurisdictional laterals 9 and 65. Deliveries may be available at:

• Northern System Interconnects (CIG, WIC, Overthrust, Questar Gas, Southern Star)
• Southern System Interconnects (Kern River, Questar Gas, White River Hub); and,
• Overthrust Delivery Points (Ruby, Kern River, Rockies Express, Ryckman Storage).

Uinta Basin Expansion – Jurisdictional Lateral 47 Loop

Questar Pipeline Company (Questar) is announcing a binding open season soliciting support to expand capacity out of the Uinta Basin by looping nine miles of Jurisdictional Lateral 47 (JL47) and installing ancillary facilities to offer up to 30,000 Dth/d of incremental transportation capacity from receipt points located on Questar's Jurisdictional Lateral 46 (JL46) and JL47. Questar anticipates this new transportation capacity can be available as early as July 1st, 2013.
