QuestLine account set-up:
To set up an account with a login Id and password:

Step 1. Select a pipeline you´ll be accessing and complete the online Request for Company Access to QuestLine form packet.

Step 2. Print out your completed forms, sign, and return to Questar.  If you require a signed original copy of your agreement, print and send in a second signed copy and, upon acceptance, Questar will return a signed original rather than a photocopy.

Step 3. If you will be contracting through QuestLine, a signature code will be issued to allow access to this service through QuestLine.  Please provide the credit information as described in the online packet (See: Request for Signature Code Access, page 4).
