What is QuestLine?
QuestLine-Contracting is an online administrative system available through
the Internet to enable pipeline customers to do interactive business
transactions 24-hours a day/ 7 days a week. For example, registered
users may: bid & view unsold capacity, request short-term capacity,
request interruptible contracts, create offers, view & bid on capacity
release, request contract amemdments, and view general information and
timely news events.
What is GTMS Web?
GTMS Web lets you access and enter data directly into the GTMS
Pipeline database. Questar is the Transportation Service Provider (TSP)
or pipeline and has installed the software on their Internet server,
and the Service Requester (SR) or shipper/marketer/operator connects
to QuestLine Internet server using a specified Uniform Resource Locator
(URL) designated by Questar.
How do I change authorized users to
QuestLine?

User Access to QuestLine.
Why won't IE 3.02 work with QuestLine?
QuestLine utilizes Active Data Objects (ADO) in its design. Internet
Explorer 3.02 does not support ADO.
Why won't Netscape browsers work with
QuestLine? (GTMS Web)
QuestLine utilizes Active Data Objects (ADO) in its design. Netscape
browsers do not support ADO. A design change to allow access to QuestLine
with Netscape browsers is currently in process.
Why must my browser accept cookies?
Cookies save QuestLine configuration settings on the user's workstation,
allowing the user to start their business faster. A cookie does NOT
give anyone access to the user's computer, or give away e-mail addresses
or any other personal information.
