What is QuestLine?
QuestLine is an online system available through the Internet to enable pipeline customers to do business transactions 24-hours a day/7 days a week. Registered users may:
- Bid and view unsold capacity; request short-term capacity; request interruptible contracts; create offers; view and bid on capacity release; request contract amendments
- Submit, change, or view nominations; confirm a nomination; view or modify allocations
- Trade/transfer transportation or storage imbalances
- Run, print, or export pipeline information reports
- Receive notification of timely news events
How does Citrix Internet access work?
Questar is the Transportation Service Provider (TSP) or pipeline and has installed the software on their Internet server. Service Requesters (SR) or shippers/marketers/operators may connect to the QuestLine Internet server through a Citrix logon screen. First-time Citrix users will need to download the Citrix client and current Citrix users may need to upgrade their client version. The Citrix logon screen provides a link for downloading or upgrading the Citrix client.
