Director Auditing 		Reviews internal operations and procedures for compliance with policies and regulations.  Perform financial, operational, joint interest and IT reviews.

Richard Dolesheck
Executive VP & CFO 		Responsible for conducting accounting, tax and financial activities.  Includes borrowing and investment activities and shareholder services.  Communicates with various financial entities, analysts, rating agencies, investors, etc.
Human Resources, EEO, Employee Relations and Benefits and Compensation Diane Mansfield
VP Human Resources 		Responsible for HRIS, EEO, compensation, health, welfare and retirement programs.  Ensures all regulations relating to personnel are followed.
Corporate Legal Thomas Jepperson
VP & General Counsel 		Provides legal counsel to various departments within the Corporation.
Corporate Tax Services Martin Craven
VP Finance and Treasurer		 Responsible for compliance with, and calculations and payments of federal and state taxes.

2.  These functions provided for Questar Market Resources (QMR) companies are shared, or may be shared, between Rendezvous Pipeline Company and its Marketing Affiliate Questar Energy Trading (QET).
