Marketing Affiliate employees do not have unescorted access to those portions of the building occupied by the Transmission Provider.

Computer Systems - Questar and its Marketing and Energy Affiliates share a Wide Area Network, and share access to servers on which corporate support-related systems, such as the human resources system, are maintained. The servers where Questar's transportation information and non-affiliated shipper information is maintained are not shared with Questar's Marketing and Energy Affiliates. Access to those servers is restricted by use of user ids and passwords to ensure that employees of Questar's Marketing and Energy Affiliates do not have access to other shippers' restricted or confidential information. Questar's Marketing and Energy Affiliates have access to transportation-related information through Questar's Questline System under the same terms and conditions, as Questar's non-affiliated shippers.

telecommunication Systems - Questar corporate entities, which include Transmission Provider and Energy Affiliate companies, share access to telecommunication systems.  The telecommunication systems are comprised of towers, buildings and communication equipment that provide Specialize Mobile Radio (SMR), Low Band Radio, Paging, Telemetry, Microwave and Telephone services. The Transmission Provider and Energy Affiliate companies do not share radio or communication transmissions in their normal course of business. Low-band radio frequencies are occasionally shared but only in emergencies or for communications relating to transmission work that has been made public.
